REFUND, CANCELLATION & SERVICE POLICY
At Mind Reset Hypnotherapy, we are committed to providing professional, personalized hypnotherapy services. Because our services involve reserved appointment time, professional preparation, and individualized care, all sales are final.
ALL SINGLE SESSIONS, PACKAGES, WORKSHOPS, RETREATS, SPECIAL EVENTS, AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process, and results vary from person to person. While many clients experience positive changes, no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Fees are charged for professional services, time, expertise, preparation, and session delivery, not for guaranteed results.
Clients may discontinue services at any time; however, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued for completed, missed, canceled, or unused sessions.
Discounted packages are offered at a reduced rate as a commitment to a series of sessions. Once purchased, package fees are non-refundable, regardless of the number of sessions completed.
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be forfeited without refund.
In the unlikely event that Mind Reset Hypnotherapy cancels a session or event, clients will be offered either a rescheduled appointment, service credit, or refund at the discretion of Mind Reset Hypnotherapy.
By purchasing, booking, or participating in any service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
